Ingrediente:
280g margarina Rama(sau unt)
280g zahar
280g faina
6 oua
1 plic zahar vanilat
1 plic praf de copt
un praf de sare
1kg visine proaspete fara samburi
2 linguri zahar

Mod de preparare: Mai intai se spala visinile si se scot samburii,se pun visinile intr-o strecuratoare, peste care se adauga 2 linguri cu zahar.Se lasa la scurs pana este gata aluatul.
Pregatire aluat:
Se pune margarina intr-un castron se adauga zaharul,vanilia si praful de sare si se amesteca cu mixerul pana devine o crema spumoasa si se topeste zaharul.Apoi se adauga pe rand cel 6 galbenusuri, amestecand bine dupa fiecare.Se adauga faina amestecata cu praful de copt,iar la sfarsit se pun albusurile batute spuma tare,amestecand usor de jos in sus.Se tapeteaza o tava de aragaz cu hartie pergament,se toarna compozitia in tava,iar deasupra se pun visinile scurse.Se baga tava in cuptorul preincins,la temperatura de 160 g,si se coace timp de 40 minute.Se scoate,se lasa la racit se taie bucati si cine prefera o poate pudra cu zahar farin.
